MEET OUR TEAM
Dr. Sean Siemens graduated with his doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Saint Augustine in San Diego. In addition to his DPT, Sean is a Certified Applied Functional Science (CAFS) practitioner who combines manual therapy, education, and movement to help empower his patients to move freely and live fearlessly. As a former collegiate soccer player, spartan athlete, and weightlifter Sean believes that all people deserve the right to move pain free. Sean has worked with a wide variety of clientele from professional athletes to weekend warriors, and specializes in helping you with more long-term chronic pain issues.
Dr. Jaclyn Stermer graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is currently pursuing an Applied Functional Science certification. Jaclyn was raised in South Florida and has always had a passion for all things sports and outdoors. Jaclyn played competitive soccer for 18 years and was inspired to become a physical therapist following several sports related injuries. These experiences, coupled with her devotion to help others, drives Jaclyn to provide meaningful and personalized care for all orthopedic injuries, athletes and non-athletes alike. Dr. Stermer is committed to empowering patients to reach their full functional potential by improving overall health, wellness, and movement.
Dr. Connor Munro graduated with his doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. In addition to his DPT, Connor is a Certified Applied Functional Science (CAFS) practitioner. As a former collegiate baseball player and avid weightlifter, Connor wants to see his patients reclaim their bodies and reach their individual goals through comprehensive patient education and the use of purposeful, personalized exercise. He believes in a holistic approach to health and implements a variety of techniques and strategies throughout a plan of care. Connor’s background is in outpatient orthopedics and pediatrics, working with patients of all ages and abilities. He also has an extensive background in athletics and personal training, having worked with patients of all skill levels in developing return-to-sport and personal fitness programs.
Dr. Hannah Sagan developed a passion for movement early in life as she grew up hiking in the Colorado mountains and swimming competitively. She pursued her interest in human movement with an undergraduate degree in neuroscience from Tulane University followed by a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University. Hannah integrates manual treatment, personalized exercise programs, and education to equip her patients with the tools to move their bodies with confidence. Her experience encompasses orthopedic and neurologic conditions, and she empowers patients of all backgrounds and goals to develop a care plan for lasting success.
Dr. Lacy Racich graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UCSF/SFSU and is currently pursuing her Certification in Applied Functional Science. Lacy is from the San Francisco Bay Area and grew up playing competitive volleyball. She developed an interest in Physical Therapy when realizing that movement and exercise not only contribute to physical well-being, but also mental well-being. Her goal is to help patients maximize their potential so they can get back to doing all activities that bring them joy.
Dr. Connor Smith graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University. Prior to that, he worked in professional and collegiate sports as an Assistant Athletic Trainer (ATC) for the Atlanta Hawks, and at Stanford University for the Cardinal Football, Men’s & Women’s Basketball, and Women’s Synchronized Swimming teams. Additionally, Connor is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), which allows him to provide a unique blend of rehabilitation and athletic performance services, specializing in return to play scenarios. His curiosity of the human body stems from his own experiences as a basketball player and youth coach, which developed into a drive to become an expert in the field of sports medicine & performance to assist anyone in achieving their physical goals. Connor’s focus is in orthopedics, manual therapy, concussions, injury mitigation and athletic performance. Whether it’s recovering from an injury, improving athletic performance, or maintenance of an active lifestyle, he believes everyone deserves the comprehensive, individualized care to be physically able to live the life they desire.
Dr. Tristan Bledsoe is a lifelong San Diegan who earned both his undergraduate and doctoral degrees at San Diego State University. In addition to his DPT, he is currently pursuing an Applied Functional Science certification. As someone who grew up playing baseball, basketball, and football, Tristan understands the importance of being able to do the things you enjoy at the best of your ability. Through hands-on manual techniques, education, and a selection of personalized therapeutic exercises he hopes to help you move throughout your daily life in a pain free and efficient manner. In addition to working with patients in outpatient orthopedics, Tristan has experience in sport and vestibular populations. Outside of the clinic you will likely find Tristan outdoors on the golf course, on his mountain bike, in the ocean, or riding his snowboard on the mountain as the temperature dips down!
Dr. Jackson Reiss graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA. He is also an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), which has shaped how he approaches his treatments as he believes that you are always an athlete and will work with you to get as much as you can out of your body for as long as you can. Jackson is an East Bay Area native where he grew up playing competitive basketball and is an avid Bay Area sports fan (go Niners and Warriors!). Through multiple injuries experienced while playing sports, Jackson became passionate about not only how to optimally rehab from an injury, but also how to work on reducing the risk of future injuries through proper movement coordination and strength. Being someone who has been injured multiple times, Jackson understands the frustrations that come with being limited in daily life so his goal is to make a tailored plan of care that will get you back to the things you love.
Dr. Dalla Betta graduated with her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Saint Augustine, San Diego. She has certifications in pelvic floor rehabilitation from Herman & Wallace pelvic rehabilitation institute, for the pre/postpartum woman, in addition to being a Certified Applied Functional Science (CAFS) practitioner, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer, and certified fitness instructor for Fit4Mom. She is a former collegiate water polo player, marathon runner, and IronWoman that enjoys combining her education and passion for human movement to help support patients in their goals of recovery.
Dr. Christian Vu graduated with his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from George Washington University in Washington D.C.. He’s a Bay Area native with a love for all things sports and food; outside of PT you’ll often find him rooting for the 49ers, SF Giants, Lakers, and his Alma mater the Oregon Ducks! With his experience treating various patients, he will work with you to create a personalized rehabilitation plan that combines manual therapy and exercise to get you back to what you love. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking to improve your athletic performance, he’s dedicated to empowering you to be the best version of yourself!
